The Swiss Property Fair is an annual event held in Zurich Switzerland, and it attracts thousands of visitors from 130 countries, who are informed and entertained by more than 125 speakers and many PropTech vendors. Property technology is the core focus of the event.
The 2023 conference called IMMO 2023 was held at Halle 622, Zurich Oerlikon on Jan 18/19. The unique experience of how the European property market is served by PropTech companies gives North American landlords and property managers a view of the future in rental property management (single detached and multifamily).
In general, the focus in Switzerland now is on new technology as it is in North America. Yet the rental housing markets in Europe are different.

What began as a small trade fair for secondary real estate in the local French and German speaking Switzerland region, hass evolved into the largest meeting place for the Swiss real estate industry for both language regions.
