  • Professional Marketing Website

    With the Base subscription you can access and subscribe to our powerful Customer Marketing Websites, allowing you to obtain an easily-maintainable website.

    This tool is built specifically for Property Managers and Associations and your site will be live in no time with our easy-to-build default page templates.

    Website subscriptions start at a low monthly hosting fee of $15 per month and an additional $10 per month for your custom domain.

  • ePayments

    With the Base subscription you can add a very powerful electronic Payment service for a monthly fee of $50 that allows you to receive and make payments using credit cards, debit cards and ACH.

    Once you have activated an ePayments subscription, you can control the application of transaction fees as well as determine if you want to apply convenience fees in certain scenarios.

    You will be able to view all transactions in a convenient and sortable dashboard view for any given month.

  • Listings

    List vacant units through your website and our supported network of syndicated marketplace websites for a small fee.

    With any subscription you can easily advertise vacant units to our network of marketplaces in our syndiation. Simply add the unit that is vacant, and choose from any of our syndication partners that you would like to post your advertisement to.

    List your units in our network of premier marketplaces, and have your listings appear in premier locations.

    The listing fee has a very simple price of $25 per month per listing. Get quicker tenants and eliminate the cost of keeping your unit empty.

    With the Base subscription you can add a very powerful custom email service for a monthly fee of $ 0.20 per unit that allows you to customize the emails just the way you want.

    Change text, add other variables, add tables or any other email that you need to create for your communication with owners and tenants.

Pricing FAQs

  • With the FREE Limited Trial plan you receive 3 units to test out ManageCasa. The trial has no time limit but only includes a limited feature set. When you are ready, you can easily upgrade to a paid 'Base Plan' subscription that will allow you to create more units and unlock and utilize more comprehensive features.
  • No, our standard subscription is month-to-month. You can end your subscription at any time.
  • You can add an unlimited number of rental owners and tenants to the properties created by your account for no extra fee.
  • With a yearly subscription you will pay the equivalent of ten months up front, thus earning a savings of two months each year, which is a price advantage of about 17 % per year.
  • Yes, you can upgrade and downgrade your subscription from within your account settings.
  • With a paid base subscription you will receive more comprehensive functionalities as well as the ability to create more than three property units.
  • Once you accumulate $50 in transaction fees, ManageCasa will collect these fees from you. At the conclusion of your month, we will collect all additional due transaction fees (even if under $50) and charge them to the payment method you have on file with your subscription. All collected fees will be listed on your subscription invoice for reference.
