NARPM Broker Owner Conference & Expo 2024
Beautiful, sunny Amelia Island in Florida has been chosen as the location for the upcoming NARPM’s Broker/Owner Conference in April.
This 13-mile-long Island is one within a chain of barrier islands off the east coast of Florida, 30 miles north of Jacksonville offering picturesque tropical oceanfront ambiance and amenities.
Amelia Island is known for its long stretch of white sand shoreline beaches, wildlife, plentiful hiking and kayaking, championship-quality golf courses, tennis courts, and charm of its resorts. It ranks among one of the best family vacation spots and best places to visit in Florida. Given the pleasant natural atmosphere typical across the state with all its desirable locations, this is saying a great deal.

The Venue is within the OMNI Hotels Amelia Island Resort. You’ll be in awe of the view of the Ocean and 3 miles of beaches. And if that’s not enough, you’ll have access to the full-service luxury spa, salon and spa boutique, and indoor and outdoor pools along with poolside and oceanside restaurants. A golf course, 23 tennis courts and beach rentals, and nature trails offer more to active attendees.

Conference Sessions
Speaker sessions begin April 15th. At 9:00 am, Join Steve Schultz (separate registration) on how to “Maximize Profitability & Enhance Relationships.” and at 1:30 when the topic is “Tenancy and the Law.”
On April 16th, Keynote speaker David Greene speaks on “Controlling the frame to Secure the Client.”
The first sessions of the day at 10:20 are Workshops: featuring Devin Easterlin with his topic “From 1 to 1000. What I Wish I Knew Back Then. What I’ve Learned. How I Plan to Achieve the Next Level of Success”
Or attend another workshop on “Using Your PM Platform to Invest in Real Estate and Build Wealth” with Peter Hohmann and Tracy Streich.

And on April 19th Keynote speaker Chris Clothier discusses insights into his family’s 2 decades of growth and their culture of operating differently from traditional management companies and empowering leaders to execute.

Event Registration and Tickets
Tickets are available only for designated brokers, owners, and major decision-makers. Attendance is limited to the first 660 who register.
Early bird tickets are $790 for members and $990 for non-members (for both up to 3/15/2024). Walk-ins at the conference will be charged $1190.
