NARPM’s Sacramento Event
This coming Friday, the Sacramento Area Chapter of NARPM will present its annual one-day educational conference and trade show for residential property pros who provide maintenance and administrative support.
It’s a fun get-together with people from your industry experiencing all the highs and lows you have. We’ll be there at Booth #23, this Friday September 15th at 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.
The NARPM Sacramento Property Management Expo is the largest conference and trade show for the residential property management industry in the Sacramento region.
The 2023 conference and trade show features:
- 9 educational seminars on industry trends, new laws, maintenance, and operations
- 30+ exhibitors of products/services for residential property management
- networking opportunities with experienced, knowledgeable property management pros from the Sacramento area
- free tasty, food and beverages, including morning latte and pastry, lunch and beverages, and afternoon treat.
- 2 raffles including a grand prize ($500 value)

9:15 Make the Google Stars Align in Your Favor — Boosting your Online Reputation (we’ve covered the topic of property management branding and online promotion on our blog)
10:15 Expo Opens: Grab a Latte and some Pastries
11:00: Complying with State and Local Rent Control and Just Cause Eviction Laws
Noon: Enjoy lunch from Panera Bread, then grab a beverage and Dessert from Crumble Cookies. There will be a raffle draw from North American Home Service.
1:15: Best Tech Tools for Applying the “Getting Things Done” Philosophy to Remote Teams
2:15: Enjoy beverages courtesy of DH Construciton, and Desserts from Crumbl Cookies. Sounds Delish! And yet one more Grand Raffle from North American Home Service.

NARPM Sacramento Expo Tickets
- $49 for NARPM Professional Members (property managers) and their support staff (excluding non-member property managers)
- $69 for non-members (property managers and their support staff)
Tickets increase by $10 after Monday, September 11th.
