NARPM (National Association Residential Property Managers, not the association of rental property managers) is a unique group dedicated to rental housing landlords and property managers. They provide training, services, professional certifications, support, and are a major industry entity.

NARPM’s Annual Convention & Expo

NARPM’s Annual Convention & Exposition is a key event every year for rental property managers. In 2020, going virtual gives landlords and property management company staff to a chance re-energize and gain valuable new perspectives on everyday operations.

Networking and shared views on 2020’s impact: This should be a successful event given how everyone has been cooped up and out of touch for at least 8 months.

You and your staff can attend workshops and classes that may be counted for certification, and hear presentations from national speakers for current, leading-edge education. Some will be in the form of Tedx discussions.

NARPM’s Annual Convention & Exposition starts this Thursday, October 20th and continues to Saturday, October 22nd. The theme is “Elevate the Vision.”

Daymond John, the renowned entrepreneur from Shark Tank is one of this year’s keynote speaker. For entrepreneurial newbie landlords and property managers who see their companies as progressive, profit building enterprises, hearing Daymond’s perspective will be inspiring.

Remember, NARPM does not stand for National Association of Rental Property Managers. It’s a very common mistake actually.
