The National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC) will be holding its major annual convention next fall in Maryland.

As you know, we enjoyed meeting so many of you and new customers too at the NMHC OPTECH 2023 Conference and Trade Show at the Wynn Resort in Las Vegas.

Look for us at next year’s event and at many of the 2024 property management trade shows including Apartmentalize 2024. If you’re intrigued yet unaware of the annual National Multifamily Housing event, we’d like to introduce it to you today.

Previous OPTECH conferences were held in Orlando, Dallas, National Harbor, and we know you’ll enjoy this year’s event in National Harbor.

Who is the NMHC?

The National Multifamily Housing Council is a professional organization developed to promote the interests of multifamily housing managers, conducting relevant research, acting as an industry advocate, and hosting conferences and networking opportunities for members.

NMHC is one of the top professional organizations in the business of multifamily housing, yet landlord, contractors, technology and service vendors and property managers from the single-family rental industry will be in attendance as well. It is open to both members and non-members of NMHC.

The focus is operations technology (OPTECH). Attendees will enjoy unequalled educational and networking opportunities with exclusive peer-to-peer roundtables, property and revenue management workshops, and speakers discussing cutting edge technologies and business concepts.

The event includes a Trade Show area where technology providers including ManageCasa will be showcasing their property management software, apps, services, and more.

Registration: $795 until Oct. 4; $995 after Oct. 4

Date of Event: November 1 to 3, 2023

Hotel Reservations: on or before Tuesday, October 6, 5:00 p.m.

Wynn Deluxe Resort Guest Room: $259* per night (single/double occupancy)\
Wynn Deluxe Resort Double/Double Guest Room: $289* per night (single/double occupancy)
Reservations can be fully cancelled without penalty on or before October 15.

Who Attends? Open to NMHC members and non-members, the conference is geared toward decision-making executives. Over 1,000 CEOs, COOs, CTOs, CIOs, VPs, etc. attend.
