2022 was a great year for rent prices in Seattle.

Zumper’s rent price report shows how strong they were up to the fall and despite a recent drop, it looks like they’re rebounding.

Is it due to a return of corporate staff and a reversal of the work at home trend? Could Redmond, Seattle and Kirkland rental markets revive?  It seems the market is firming up and 2023 might be a great year for rental property owners.

Finding a Property Manager in the Seattle Area
